                                2.1液体碱的缓冲性能

                                液体混合碱配方设计的首要原则为选择合适的碱合成物,以获得足够高的总碱度,以保证特定的固色反应和充分的缓冲能力,以避免染料水解。因此,优良的液体代用碱最好可以模拟纯碱的碱度和缓冲曲线。表1列出了不同浓度的纯碱、自制碱和市售某产品A在溶液中的酸碱度。

                                2.2液体碱对染料扩散性能的影响

                                活性染料染色时,电解质和碱剂的加入都会影响染料的扩散性能。图2中的三只染料在不同助剂存在下的扩散直径表明,染液中加入盐后,染料的扩散直径减小;继续加人碱后,扩散直径进一步缩小,特别是艳蓝13一RV,这是因为盐和碱的存在影响了染料在溶液中的聚集状态。值得注意的是,加自制碱后染料的扩散直径比加纯碱时略小,可以认为自制碱对染料的扩散性与纯碱相当。

                                2.3液体碱对染料匀染性的影响

                                活性染料浸染时,影响匀染效果的关键,主要是碱剂加入后,染料二次吸色速率的快慢。二次吸色速率越快、其匀染性越差。染料的相对上染百分率越高,说明加碱后染料上染织物的速度越快,越不利于染料的匀染,在染色中就容易出现“色花”和“染色不匀”等现象。为了测试自制碱对活性染料的匀染性,分别计算了不同活性染料加碱固色后5、10、15、20、30min时的相对上染百分率(以固色30min的上染率为标准),结果如图3所示。

                                2.5液体碱用量对染色的影响


                                在工厂中常常不能精确的控制染色中加碱的量,而pH值的变化对活性染料的染色有着十分重要的作用。选择在工厂中较为常用的中温型活性染料黄M3RE、红M一3BE和蓝M2GE作为实验对象,使用不同浓度的自制碱作为固色剂,并与常规纯碱固色的上染百分率、固着百分率、固着效率和表观得色深度相比较,结果见表2。

                                由表2可知,总体来说,自制碱的浓度对染料的上染百分率、固着率和固着效率影响不大,且与纯碱相比比较接近。这说明自制碱的应用性能比较稳定,加碱量对碱剂性能的影响比较小,自制碱在pH值大小和变化幅度上与纯碱的差异并没有影响自制碱的使用性能。值得注意的是,使用自制碱时染料的固着效率均高于使用纯碱的情况,可以看出,自制碱的使用促进了吸附于纤维上的染料与纤维的反应。
